Consumer Redressal

This is to complain that an employee of Idea Cellular named by Priya Dharshini Gandhi supposedly a Relationship Manager has entered into my idea account and made troubling and disturbing changes in my account. The unauthorized changes are as below; 1. IDEA has cancelled my internet facility without my consent. 2. IDEA has put a Black Berry internet pack on my account without my consent. 3. IDEA has cancelled my 3G facility on my account and internet. 4. IDEA restricted my calls and incoming also. I have called IDEA on 1st June late evening after waiting in hope that the services mistake was done by error, however, I was informed by the tele executive that he couldnt do anything to rectify it. And the changes were done by their relationship Manager. When asked if any request was done, he replied no. He then told me i would get a call back on 2nd june in the morning to rectify the issues. IDEA is using my account as they please & after intimating them still no action.
