Bought an ac on 13th of May 2015 from Great Eastern Appliances, 290 GT Road, Howrah. Firstly, the AC was delivered 1 week late than what was promised. Since it has come, the ac has been lying and the installation person has not come yet. Most of the time they do not answer their shop phones and when they do we hear the same thing being repeated everytime that it will be done by tomorrow surely. However, nobody has come till date for the installation. It will be very kind if this matter is looked into.
