breakdown of hitachi split ac
I purchased one Hitachi Split AC 1.5 ton through SNAPDEAL and on 30/1/2015 it was installed by the Hitachi people. On 24/5 it stopped working. I lodged a complaint on the same date vide docket No.15052401330. The mechanic came on 27/5 and informed us the PCB has gone defective. But he never appeared with a new one till date. I lodged another two complaints on 1/6 and 2/6 but only a mechanical assurance was received that my problem will be attended to ASAP. Moreover, I am being asked where from I have purchased this machine. I decided to purchase Hitachi inspired by its inspiring ad. If I were aware of the pathetic after sales service, I would have never gone for it. Nevertheless the manager level 1 has mailed that my problem will be attended to shortly. Let us wait and see how much time it takes.
