On 21st May 2015,I entered into annual service contract with Sai Service (Address: 1, Prema Niwas, Kasturba Cross Road No 7, Borivali (E), Mumbai 66) for servicing of my Window AC.Very first service on that day was faulty as the AC has not been fitted back properly and water is dripping down whole night.Even after 8 calls to the company (Ms Pooja) and SMs to incharge Ms Anit they are not sending technician to set right the AC. We are both senior citizens and the company is taking advantage of the fact that we can't go after them for service. They are also refusing to refund annual conract fees.
