I've shifted my household items from Delhi to Indore on 30.05.2015 through Ken Star Packers & Movers.
I've received my luggage on 01.06.2015 in a dreadful condition - Cartoons were opened, torned, Bike was sent unpacked, its lock was broken, rear mudguard bent.
I've also paid them insurance fees for 1lac but they are not giving me the receipt for insurance.
Also when I'm trying to send pictures to them, it's getting bounced back to my email. Their id is - info@kenstarpackers.com.
Now they are not even picking my calls, request you to please help & take corrective actions against such frauds happening openly in market so that others may not get suffered like me.
