Consumer Redressal

I bought a mobile phone (Cheers Smart 35 at Rs. 1945/-) through online shopping from Snapdeal on 28.03.2015 from a Delhi-based seller M/s. Kwality Communication of 1/4650, Ram Nagar Ext. Mandoli Road, Shahdara, Delhi-110032 with one year warranty. From the beginning the internet accessing part of that phone was not ready to use, every time it was showing website is not available. For that I have complained to my mobile provider Airtel, but after checking the handset it was cleared that it is a manufacturing defect. For this, two times I lodged complaint to snapdeal, first time on 18.05.2015 and the second time on 19.05.2015, but they are not responding satisfactorily and I have not got any clear answer from the snapdeal. After that, I lodged a complaint to the manufacturer. They are giving me the address of service centre in delhi. How it could be possible for a dweller of Kolkata to avail the service from Delhi. I want to replace a new one with this handset of full refund.
