Consumer Redressal

On 6th May-2015 I had ordered from shopclues site for MI ear phone Price Rs346.For this product i had used State Bank of India Net Banking.But After one week company cancel my order told me reason that they are unable to give me order and cancelling my order. Shopclues told me that on 18th May they initiate refund amount on my SBI A/C and also told me that i will get refund amount on my SBI A/C within one week.I have called 'N' number of time in Shopclues customer care and also shared my SBI A/C statement PDF from 06-MAY-2015-28th may-2015. I have checked MY SBI A/C statement till now (2-JUN-2015) but did not get money.Shopclues told me that he have transferred money on my SBI A/C but i did not i have proof my SBI Bank Statement. Please take action on shop clues.
