Hi, I am Rohit Kumar, I had purchased Croma AC in Oct-11 for Rs 22000, In June 2013 my AC stop cooling and its Compressor was replaced. In May 2014 again I am facing the same problem in AC and now Croma persons saying that my AC is not repairable and it need to replaced and for this I need to pay Rs 18000 as depreciation or replacement cost. This is really frustrating for any customer to pay such a big amount for AC again (it means that my AC cost is Rs 42500 ie 22000 original cost + 2500 paid in 2013 for service charge + 18000 as replacement cost)
Please advise me how I will take further.
