On the 48th episode of Happy parents day (30th May) of Zee Bangla, a participant was asked to identify a flower from a picture and a video. The right answer was Hibiscus (scientific name: Hibiscus rosa-sinensis) and the participant answered it as China rose and he was told that his answer was wrong and eliminated from the competition. Well another name of Hibiscus is China rose. Anyone can just see Wikipedia and confirm it. Here participants come with a lot of expectations. Its completely unacceptable that participants suffer and get penalised due to lack of knowledge of the program organisers. Please give the participant another chance and make amends to this mistake and ensure that this sort of mistake may not have any future recurrence. Please ensure that you have enough knowledge regarding a question you ask to the participants. I believe Zee Bangla is a reputed organisation and will pay heed to my complain. After repeated contacting, the customer care was not bothered at all.
