I was working in Genisys software,Bangalore and after leaving Job there i applied for my my PF funds in Nov 2014 in Genisys.
It became almost 3 months then i thought of checking status of my PF amount and i dialed upon my Older company Genisys where they told me their vendor "epeoplebc.com" does PF settlement for them.
I have been calling and mailing epeoplebc.com several times and they keep on pushing the time frame from one month to next.
Since last 7 months they are just pushing my from one month to other.
My Pf no is :- KN/WF/45573/10186
Please look into this issue.
