This complaint is against RELIANCE
GSM telecommunications. They charged me heavily at a higher call rate although I had a rate cutter of 5paisa/min. This is a case of fraud as this has happened to many people. They are luring customers but are providing with the services. The customer care blocked my call. Please do something.
