Consumer Redressal

I had purchased a Consumer Durable for Rs. 21,500 which had an EMI plan of 2,150 for 10 months. I made a down payment of the same amount and was expecting these guys to debit 2,150 for 10 months. However, these guys sent an ECS form to my bank to debit Rs. 25,000/- every month, for 10 years! What scammers! Seriously, 25,000 rupees for 10 years, every month?!
