Consumer Redressal

Hi, I have not received the advances amount of Rs 568 against my LPG. I raised a complain with service request no 15013714 at the MyHP Gas website and it has been replied saying that HP has paid the advance in my bank account dated 12.01.15. I had contacted the bank authorities, who have clearly denied receipt of any such amount. In view of the above you are requested to look into the matter at the earliest and kindly resolve this issue.I did a rigorous follow up with them but not getting any response. Regards Prativa Maitra
