Consumer Redressal

I ordered Nikon camera from AMAZON on 20 th may which was delivered to me on 25 th may..but instead of camera they delivered me empty parcel..They planned for this perfectly and asked me to come at 20 minutes from my office to take the parcel so that i will not be open that and could ask them about it..I thought such thing might happen because of some courier issue although the courier was ATS WHICH i guess TO BE OF AMAZON only..I complained immediately in afternoon and as asked by executive sent the pictures of empty box that i received..they assured me that within 2 days we will refund my money ans after two days when i called they are saying that we have closed your account and it cant be reinstated as you have taken many refunds which was not the case i never had taken any refund from them..The price of camera was 57000 rs and i am chasing for refund and cc agents telling me that we cant look into your account and account specialist team will get back to me..but no any revert..
