Consumer Redressal

I have given three costly sarees (approx Rs 12,000) to this Snow white laundry shop, Ghoshpara, kestopur, Kolkata 700102 on 21/10/2014 for dry wash. My delivery date was after 15 days i.e. 2/11/2014. When i went to collect my sarees, the shopkeeper initially tried to give a set of different sarees, after wards the shopkeeper accepted his mistake and told that my 3 sarees has been misplaced with some other customer. Since that day it has been 7 months i am struggling to get my 3 sarees. The shopkeeper tries to ignore me now a days. And i also believe that he has intentionally misplaced them as they were really costly ones. Please help me to get the sarees back. I have my receipt and i have also recorded voice conversation with the shopkeeper as evidence.
