Consumer Redressal

This complaint is for my Vodafone cell phone post paid number 09674191527. This connection was taken with high rental charges mostly to facilitate Internet connection which I could not use becoz of no reason. Several complaint has been made on their call centre but of no help. I have stopped using this number from December.it is showing in their system as non usage. After their person came to take the payment which I made on feb 2015 for Rs. 2450/- approx, they assured me that new bill which was generated for Rs. 1122/- would be waived off. Still they are charging the same today. Also I have made a written letter to close the connection which I have submitted on feb end and final closure was done on march 4 th. but then they have slapped a charge of Rs. 800/- plus just for 5-6 days whereas their monthly rental will for the entire month, prorate wise also it is not coming to Rs. 800/- plus. Please help as I was not using the number from December which is being showed in their system .
