Sir I have purchase HTC 826 model from local dealer . After just 15days phone get very much heated and headphone jack was not working. So I have submit my phone to HTC service center in Dwarka(New Delhi). But HTC service center is jUST ignoring my complaint. Every time I call to them they just give me a another date to call and saying that our Backend team is working on your complaint. everytime they are saying the same thing, even i mailed to them many times and they replied me the same thing. I am just fed up with their service . Ist time they said they give my phone back after 15 days . Now they are saying it will take time due to some backend issue. Name of the service center is KDM marketing pvt ltd sector 4 Dwarka. Please sir solve my problem
