Sir I have purchase HTC 826 model from local dealer . After just 15 days phone get very much heated and headphone jack is not working. So I have submit my phone to HTC service center in Dwarka. But HTC service center is jUST ignoring my complaint. Every time I am calling to them and they just give me a another date and always saying that they working on my issue, Backend team is working. I am just fed up with their service . Almost 1 month gone they are not able to solve my issue. Ist time they said they give my phone back after 15 days . Now they are saying Backend team is working. Sir, requesting you to please take action against them. You are the only hope to solve my issue.
