Dear Sir, i purchased brand new voltas make 1.5 ton split ac on snapdeal.com,(which covers the product warranty of 5yrs of compressor and 1 yrs of comprehensive warranty also mentioned on snapdeal website along with product information) after installation by voltas technician leakage issue observed . when approached to voltas customer care technician visited from singh cooling system(mr roshan,9455552255 and asm mr. Pandey). technitian visited and investigated internal lekage in condenser. As per him part will not covering warranty due to online purchase. i raised this to snapdeal.com. but they are saying that as the 7- day trust policy time line have been passed so they can't help . my question to snapdeal.com is that why they have mention the warranty information on their website if they heve if the part is not entertained by voltas. and where should i go for my issue if snapdeal not able to resolve this matter(from where i purchased the product.
