I have placed a order on shoclues.com on 18th may, order no. 52500385 But till today i am not even able to track my order instead of delivery. I did a call on customer care on 27th nay then they told me that your problem has been resolved in 48 hours but till date the problem is still same. Today i call customer care again & i got same answer as i got last tym. This is very dangerous tactics of online trading companies. when i asked them to cancel my order they refused it also. what is the solution of this. Please do some strict action against such online cheaters. Atleast i have to know that when i get my order. kindly do some help in this.
