Consumer Redressal

I purchased 3 pair of sandles from online shopping site SSS(street style store). After one month i received those sandles, meanwhile in this one month i had no contact with the site as they had no phone no and only medium to communicate was email. I wrote several emails to check for my order to which nobody responded. So, after two days of receiving my order i mailed them for exachange n return for the product as size n design didn't fit me well. Its been more than a month now and there is no response from them. AUtomatic ticket is generated which says a representative will resolve your issue but nobody does. A week back i received a mail from them that they will go return but nothing has happend yet. Its really frustating to mail everyday for same thing and you get no reply from other end. Though the amount of my sankes was very low minute i would say but its the responsiblity of shopping site to resolve customer issues. I would appreciate if my problem can ve resolved asap.
