Consumer Redressal

last week me and my mother went to a ladies tailor shop for stitching a blouse for my mother. The tailor master took the measurement and said that she will follow our design and clearly assured us that she will deliver the exact type of design which we told her. She also said that she will use good quality of raw material which stitching the same. but today when i went to her along with my mother, and we paid her and took the blouse back to home and we found that she literally ruined that blouse. raw material used by her (fabric and Astar) is of poor quality. she stitched that blouse with odd fittings despite of the fact that she herself took the measurement. and when we asked her to fox the fitting issue then she refused by saying that it could not be fixed. and she also refused to return the money (900 rupees) paid to her by us as stitching. therefore, I request you, kindly take some strict action against her.
