I placed an order of Indian Flag amounting to Rs. 87 on Shopclues and amount was paid in adavnce. After 20 days they informed that order has been returned back. When proper inquiry was made the fact came that shipper vehicle was sealed by sale tax department. Now after 25 days they are unable to refund the money. They are big cheaters and each time their support staff provide false information. What can be done in this case.
