I have booked my gas cylinder of bharat gas ltd on 21/04/2015, its almost beyond 1month I have not received my cylinder. I have already made a complaint to the distributor but they have failed to take any action regarding this matter. Their negligence attitude towards consumer is unbearable. My hardly request to you to take some immediate step to make them undestand that consumers right should not be taken as granted. My consumer number is 10837.
