I had purchased HCL ME Y2 TABLET on 20 august 2012. IN SEPT 2012 I had found problem in touch of my tablet and I make it exchange with new one Sr No. – 512EDR002804 In JAN 2013 my tablet touch panel got cracked (complaint ID – 8501976983) and I got it repaired after 2 month (on 19 FEB 2013) with charges of 3000/- from R.V. Solution, Dombivali (HCL service centre)In 27 FEB 2013 again got touch problem with red spot in my tablet and I submitted it to mobile point, thane (complaint ID -8502373482) on 1 march 2013.now its been over a month dat i submitted and there is no response from the service centre. now about a week ago i came to know that the tablet has been transffered from service centre of thane to vashi and they didnt inform me about it and i had been calling the service centre and they dont respond instead telling me that the tablet is tampered but when i submitted it over a month ago there was no such issue it had only the touch prblm. please help
