Consumer Redressal

I have bought a cookware set from AMC India at an extra cost of Rs.1000 which they promised to return back but in spite of contacting them over mail twice they haven't given a single reply. That extra 1000 rupees they had taken from me as an advance payment but at the time of completing the remaining payment they had not adjusted that advance paid money. Today itself I contacted one of their employees named Debjit Banerjee who is actually responsible for taking that extra money and against whom I had earlier complained to the company ,said that he wont do anything as because I had complained against him and only if I give him some references then he may consider.
