Consumer Redressal

I gave lumpsum contract for construction of my house along with labour cost and purchase of Material to Sanjay Prasad Gupta. It is less than a year since handover and couple of bathroom taps were leaking. As the material was from Jaguar company, I complained to them. Upon visit of customer care person from Jaguar, he told us that all fittings were duplicate and can not be replaced by them. I would like to file case against the contractor, Sanjay Prasad Gupta, for supplying duplicate material and providing me fraud receipts.
