Sir my mom use an aircel sim card whenever she recharged the balance got deducted and every time their customer care say this will not repeat today they call in my mom no. 13 times even we didn't respond to their call but just after it msg came form them that 30rs is deducted for subscribing music but I have my phone in my hand and I didn't even reciecve their call.
Please take some necessary action
