Consumer Redressal

I actually shopped for 2 Tommy products worth Rs. 11000/- from Jabong.com After placing the order, upon receiving the same, I dint find the products as described on the website, so I filed a return request on the website. After that a guy named Ajay from Bibha Courier came to pick the same up from my residence, and delivered it to Jabong`s Pataudi Warehouse. Now, Jabong`s Quality check people have allegated us of sending them the local products which is not true, as I myself sent them those two Tommy`s products. I escalated the case to the Chiefmanager portal also in Jabong.com, even then also, they are not ready to listen to us, and again repeating the same thing that the products are not original.Upon asking for photos, the photos they have sent are not of the same products which i have sent. Please help us get our claim back. It is about 11000/- Rs.
