Consumer Redressal

I had purchased ahp presaio computer from m/s HP Through CROMA. Ever since purchase, the computer has not performed correctly. The company has been ttrying to rectify the same piece, and have tried various methods, including reformatting the disc, reloading the software, change of many parts etc. It appears to work for a few days, and then develops defects once again. Inspite of requesting the company to replace the computer, and give me one which is functioning properly, they have not done so. Currently, there is a complaint pending since 11/5, complaint noCA1279490, which has still not been attended to. I therefore request the award of return of the full amount paid to HP, in addition to payment of Rs 100, 000 to me for the harassment suffered by me, the denial in the proper use of the computer, and the deletion of paid software, which I will have to pay again, because of the defective computer sold to me.
