Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir I have reported a complaint on 24/04/15 for lost of my necklace +locket made of gold from my house. It was done by maid servant. As I and my husband only stay in the house and maid servant only come in my house for doing cleaning activity. This necklace was there till morning but after the maid servant we have found missing. We have reported the complain on same day and a GD no was given to me on 25/04/15 ie 2123 in police station Haridevpur and was asked to contact the investigating officer name given in the report. He called me on 25/04/15 and then he said he will respond in 2-3 days . I was calling him on regular basis but till 9/05/15 he was busy he did not responded properly. Later one day he said I have investigated and the maid servant have said she has not taken and then he kept the phone. There is few question : 1. Why so many days have been taken to respond? 2. What was the action taken against maid servant ? 3. What kind of investigation was done 4. If I am sure
