Advertising company "CHINTRANSH TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD" 702/8th floor, Shriram Shyam Tower, Kingsway, Sadar, Nagpur
This company have signed an agreement with us for installing an electronic system (television) in our shop for which we have to pay ₹35,000 to the advertising company.
Agreement was signed on 29/01/2015.
As in agreement we will get 7,000 ₹/month for 6 months, 8,000 ₹/month for next 6 months and 10,000 ₹/month for further months up to the service agreement.
But company did not install any electronic device yet.
There is a company's agent Amit Soni who works on a Jabalpur based franchise partner of the company.
We have called Amit Soni and he said that company had closed his working in Nagpur and Jabalpur, but started again in Nagpur but not in Jabalpur. Amit soni said that company will start working in Jabalpur also but he can not say the time limit.
There are several Shopkeepers who have submitted 35,000₹ to the company. All of us has been Stuck in this situation.
