This is regarding my cellphone charges - 9830282761 from Vodafone Kolkata. They have charged me International roaming charges while I am in India. Though I have paid this unreasonable and unacceptable dues, I need your advice and support so that they refund me this charge and does not charge to other customer for such unacceptable practices.
How can they charge me international roaming charges for incoming, outgoing calls and international GPRS charges. Please note the calls made, SMS services, GPRS services used are not disputed).
I was was in Jaigaon, Alipurduar - India on 19th Dec and left for Bhutan on 20th Dec around 10.30 am. I find there are roaming charges and GPRS charges on these dates.
