Consumer Redressal

I have opened a dmat account with kotak securities ltd.while trading I found many charges are applicable for trading which are not told me by my agent who opened my account. so I decided to close my account and filled closure form on 10/03/2015,but by account is still active as on22/05/14. I have also charged with 2 months DP charges because of their negligance.they also had not provided any acknowledgement slip to me so I request you to kindly solve this issue and take appropriate actions.
