Sir,
I have XOLO Q1010i mobile which became unserviceable under warranty period. Its back button was not working. The service centre O Mobile at 15 I C road , Khardah Kolkata-700118 Tel: 9331110555 repeatedly tried to persuade me that it was physical damage so there will be no warranty. Having no ways to go i agreed to go for paid service. The service center told me it will cost around 4000/- and i will get it back in 10-15 days. But after more than a month passed whenever i contact them told me to call back after 3-4 days. I am facing great problem and not able to purchase a new one . I hope you will help me to redress this problem.
