Consumer Redressal

Sir - I was facing a problem from Huyndai dealer as well as Huyndai motors company for the last two years. Since of my purchase of the new Hyundai Varna car, the Clutch and gear part was not working properly. After complaining to work shop they adjust the same and after some time it again not working properly. At 38000 kms - they had changed the clutch part under warranty and also charge some part from me. There was no use of repair, the problem was same. Everything is registered in Hundai record. Now again my car was with them and they are doing the same work.On last monady i was visted to there workshop for delivery where i found there was a very major accident on my car and my car was damaged from the both side as well as the main chasie part. For the last five days they are doing nothing. After complaining to Hyundai Motors regional office against complain number - 1-132700741, nothing is done till time. My car is fully damaged. I need the refund from both the companies. PLS HELP
