On 18.05.2015 I have despatched an urgent document which had to reach Vizag by 20.05.2015 through a reputed Courier Company paying Rs.350 as their service charge. The document returned to me on 20.05.2015 having inscribed on the envelope "No Service". if service at the designated place i.e. Vizag was not available then why did the courier company accept the document? Now I am time barred from sending the document to the concerned organisation. Want to get relief from such deficiency in service.
