Consumer Redressal

I have ordered a VOLTAS ac, model- ZY, 5 STAR rating on 17/05/2015, from www.infibeam.com, order no-15764389 and make the payment through credit card. i got a mail from infibeam stating that your order is successfully placed and your order is approved for processing. On 20th May when I called the customer care to know the status of my order, she told me that " Sorry your product is not in stock, we suggest you for the similer product rest amount you have to pay or we refund your amount." IF the product was out of stack then how can they take the orders from the customers and let them wait to know that the product is out of stock. i want my order get delivered.
