Dated 29/04/2013. Dear sir , According to the above mentioned subject and reference no, i Mr Mehboob B walikar nekrtc Talikoti Depot 586 214,with SB A/C No: 64039255982 do here by requesting you to kindly look in to the matter, the summary of which is given below, on date 21/03/2011 i had used my debit card in Syndicate Bank talikoti Branch an amount of 20500/- , but infact i did not receive the amount , hence i wrote an application to SBM Talikoti in this regard, for which My account has been once again recredited with the same amount on 29/04/2011. But again on 16/09/2011the same amount was reveresed on 16/09/2011 with prior intimation to me.hence i applied under RTI for which i received the above said letter ref. And they requested me to plead within 30 days. Hence this.
