Sir, I am karnataka vodaphone prepaid customer. My prepaid no. is 9590275930. Presently I am in Roaming in Uttarpradesh State. To get free Roaming Charge I done Recharge on 29 Apr 2015 of Rs 126 from Gorakhpur through Demo- SIM Number 9838582922. After Recharge I got the following message on my no. Recharge of MRP Rs 126 on 29 Apr 15 successful. Talktime rcvd Rs 1.24. Tax Rs 13.86. Access Fee Rs 110.9. New Bal is 52.9 Trans ID RM 15844206844. I neither got roaming free and not got talk time. Further I contacted vodaphone care UP as well as vodaphone care Bangalore on my mobile many number of times but there was no solution with them to get refund of my recharge value Rs 126. Sir please look into the matter and do needful in the favour of customer. I do Know Where my recharge amount has gone.
