Consumer Redressal

Hi Sir/Madam, I had taken a contract from Sulekha Yellow Pages under the name of my institute Lord Vinayaka Institute of Career Shaper to get leads for Home tutions to which i didnt get proper services and hence asked to terminate the contract. I requested it in the month of Nov or Dec 2012. But it finnaly got terminated in Feb 2013. I was told that the balance will be refunded within 45 days. But now the Branch manager of the office is not picking the my calls and started avoiding me.
