Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a Vodafone Postpaid connection of no: 9830076521. For the last 3 months Vodafone is charging for an unknown download of 99 rupees. But for bill period of May Vodafone has charged 559 rupees for the same unknown downloads which I have not downloaded. I am continuously registering complaints to Vodafone for 3 months. They are adjusting the amount charged for every month in the next month bill. But this is not the solution. Every month they are charging these. This month it has reached beyond the limits. I am not going to pay 559 rupees that has been charged.
I begged to you to kindly look into this matter and provide a solution.
