I had applied for Home Loan to State Bank of India application dated 05/08/2008. My Home Loan was sanctioned through SBI Barrackpore Railway Station Branch amount Rs. 424000/- including payment of SBI Life premium of Rs. 23057/-, subsequently the payment of premium amount was deducted from my loan account bearing No. 30574869905 & credited to account No. 30286867938 on 24/11/2008.
But till date no Insurance Certificate was issued in favour of me by State Bank of India.
Regarding this matter I have informed to SBI Barrackpore Railway Station Branch in written on 12/04/2014 but any action has not been taken by the State Bank of India.
