My land phone of Tata Indicom has complaint and I reported this to them. Problem with the battery and I told them to give the battery so that I can change it. But they need the instrument at Ernakulam. I can not take the telephone from Kottayam to Ernakulam for repair. They have no service station at Kottayam. I can not understand how they can say this. This will be the case with every customer who has tata phone. Please try to help me. Awaiting your reply
