I have been cheated yesterday as the excess price on diesel has been charged by HP retail outlet point at Maa Manasa Oil Service, Magurkhali, Ashoke nagar, 24pgs . I have visited yesterday around 10pm for refilling diesel. They charged revised price on diesel on that time. I told that it would be effective from 00:00 hrs on 16th May'15. But they ignored and took extra price. Please find the below details of the transaction.....
