Consumer Redressal

i had bought samsung A/C 1.5 Ton MODEL no AR18FCBUAB from krishna electronics. on 24.03.2014. within one or two months ac stopped functioning as there was no cooling , so complaint was lodged and engineer came and he said that gas has leaked and he refiled it . we made repeated requests to change the AC fearing that if it has leaked within one month there are chances that defect may persist and it can leak again. but engineer gave the assurance that it wont leak again and if it does we will rectify the problem free of cost. this AC IS ON FIRST FLOOR and we dont use it much hardly we must have used for 5-6 days and then season went off . now it is the duty of samsung to do free service of AC WITHIN ONE YEAR OF PURCHASE, but they didnot come . on 5th may 2015 when we were planning to start AC in this summer season i called samsung engineer for service of my old AC, and simultaneously i asked him to look at the newly bought AC also and to my surprise i again found that there was no coo
