Consumer Redressal

We hv ordered for Modular Kitchen from Woodpecker (Saakaar Media productions P Ltd) based out of Hometown Mall 3rd flr Kolkata 700020 on 14/03/2015.After the confrmation frm the sales executive Mr.Akash that the full work will gt cmpleted by 31st of march we have made an advance payment of Rs 34000 out of total order Rs 85000.Till now neither the full materials has been delivered in our place nor any work done. Again after the assurance from the Company Head/director Mr.Varun Gupta from his Co mail ID in writing confirmed that by anyway they will finish the wrk by 12/05/2015, we hv made another payment of Rs 42500,thus Rs 76500 already given out of Rs 85000.Nw after 2 months Mr.Varun is very candid in saying that there is some internal problems going on in the Company due to which they will not be able to execute the order nor they will return bck the money. Also he used slang languages and said u do whatever u want,we will not complete the work.Please help as we r in huge problem.
