I had ordered gym equipment from PayTM. Order ID - 819805135 dated - 23rd March, 2015 for INR 5,905.
- The product is too bad in quality and hence I raised a return request.
- PayTM has not been able to arrange the return pickup since then
- PayTM is neither refunding the amount and not resolving the issue which has been raised multiple times with the PayTM customer support through emails.
