Consumer Redressal

I am filing complaint against my gas connection company Indane and gas distributor agency Golden Gas Service. I had filed a complaint against golden gas in Indane helpline on 10,May 2015 (complaint number:2120033), regarding delay in refill of gas cylinder. The complaint was supposed to resolve in 48hrs but 5 days have passed and complaint is still pending and we have not received the refill yet. The indane customer care people spoke in a very bad manner and disconnected my call when i enquired about the status of my complaint. the gas distrubutor never deliver gas on time and this time also about 3weeks have passed since booking date. Please take action against Indane and golden gas agency.
