I have applied for Tatkal passport online on 13th May 2015. I read all the guidelines ,followed all the points mentioned on website.I checked all the documents required for tatkal passport by using following link:

After checking if i am available with mentioned documents,I proceeded.I got the appointment for 14thMay2015 at Thane PSK.I took unpaid leave for this.At the time of form submission, they were asking me for Annexure"F". But according to website I have to submit either Annexure"F" OR 3 out of 16 documents for which i have already made proper sets. Upon showing the website page to APO at THANE PSK, she shouted on me and said, "i cant do anything ,Aapko jo karna hain karo".
By this i wasted my full day.I am totally fed up with such governance and system.For this I paid 1500/- +have to pay 2000/- tatkaal fees.
What kind of governance is this?Should we trust this government website?Who is responsible?
